“We listened to our clients, who said they’d rather not travel on Easter Day, so we condensed our sale days into only one day -- Tuesday, April 7,” said Robertson Equine Sales President Jimmy Robertson. “Even though we’ll have a long day of it, we’re pleased it’s a more convenient date for those attending UPHA meetings and the Kentucky Spring Premier Horse Show in Lexington, too.”
Robertson also announced a strong catalog of more than 150 entries from prominent breeding farms and training stables:
Joan Hamilton/Kalarama -- impeccably bred broodmares and two- and three-year-old prospects
Alliance Stud -- several nice prospects and broodmares
Melinda Moore/Arrowhead Farm -- major reduction of broodmare band
Ricky Cook LLC -- complete dispersal of breeding stock
Crabtree Farm -- major production sale
A quality line-up of show and breeding stock from individual consigners will also be offered.
