The American Saddlebred Horse Association Equine Welfare Advocacy Committee has partnered with Southeastern Charity, and announced that it will be holding its inaugural ASHA Equine Welfare Advocacy Rescue Horse Class during that show at the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers, Georgia, September 19-21.
All rescued Saddlebreds, with or without registration papers, are welcome in this open-discipline opportunity class. For more information on the show, please visit http://www.southeasterncharity.com/index.html.
The ASHA Equine Welfare Advocacy Committee works to support all Saddlebreds regardless of the tack they wear, and is thrilled to partner with shows across the country to promote this magnificent breed. For shows that would be a good candidate for the rescue class, please reach out to Kathie Dunn Jacobsen, chair of the committee, at k-dunn@cox.net.
